i've just recieved a Newsletter E-Mail to my Korean nexon account.

Can anybody translate what it exactly says? i can only guess what those dates mean but i'd like to know the exact meaning.

I'm just guessing...april 15-april 26 there's going to be the final test...not 100% sure but it seems like it.

My guess was that you are able to apply for the 'final test' from the 15-26 April and that the test itself will take place on the 1st of may.

Someone on a different forum translated it for me. Also he said that more information regarding this matter will be available 9th April, thursday. (Tomorrow)

Yeah. All 8 classes should be playable now. I dont mind if there are no new maps, bosses or anything new. I would also like to see the 'own dungeon' thingy., but I doubt that this will be included. We will see.

Yay! I figured that they would have to do one last CBT: there's no way that they'd go into open beta without testing the Berserker, Thief, and Heavy Gunner in a closed environment first (plus people can try out the freshly balanced older classes). And it's happening right around MS1's anniversary too!

Like... final test, man. And most final tests are most likely Open beta's, and such. I dunno, just out of speculation.

how hyped are you though? get into this skype group to get rid of all that hype but still have more hype for the upcoming test!

@Uniboros: It's a second closed beta; there wouldn't be a need for applications if it was an open beta. I'm sure that Nexon wants to have the new classes tested in a closed environment before the general public can get their hands on them. Gotta make sure everything is properly balanced (since they likely won't do a server wipe in between open beta and the official release)!

Technically; the final test is the Omega test. It makes me sad that that terminology has fallen out of use.

@Rayzote From what has been going on lately, most of their content has been shown throughout the Alpha and Closed Beta Test. I think the Final Test will be another closed beta before the Maplestory 2's final release.

This is real, they also provided the same info on their facebook page.

Somebody asked in English: "When will Global OBT come out"

Maplestory replied, IN ENGLISH: "MapleStory2 is currently in the developing stage.
We'll notify you as soon as release date decided.
thank you for your great interest. "

@Sapphire Yes I really enjoyed Onion's streaming as well, I stayed up (almost) all night watching the livestreams

I remember yelling at my Internet for being slow on one of the nights. My wifi rapidly changes from quick to slow and stays -1.00 mbps overnight. I'm so close to yelling at my internet provider or whoever runs the server for the slow wifi -_-
(ok done)
But yeah sorry for ranting there. XD I love when Onion-san streams and I'm hoping he'll stream again for the final testing

how can you apply for beta? is there any guide to do that? cuz i know its a pain to create an account for kms. any help would be appreciated

1. You must own a KR account.

2.As always you will login into the website.

3.You may apply from April 15th to April 26th 2015.

4. The CBT will start May 1st to May 10th 2015.

5.After logging into the website, once you see the CBT apply box the most you have to do is just click on it.

6.After clicking on it, agree with whatever crap is written on there.

7.Done

Randomly clicking > ? > Profit
