*Keys can be changed and customized. Movement keys can be set to WASD etc.
*Three zoom modes
*Cannot control camera angles. It is set by map and area.
*When other players revive you by destroying your tombstone, you get a 15% HP debuff for 5 minutes.
*Stats are automatically applied.

I believe onion was bugged in his stream and he couldn't do any combat when he job changed. So that's some major bug going on with some people i guess.
Yeah he was bugged on his Knight, tried relogging and it didn't work. When he changed jobs again the bug started again.
He asked another player who was training normal and he didn't know why he could not hit those monsters either.
I learned that my hype for MS2 is off the charts. Seriously, I really REALLY love everything I've seen about this game. Just looks ridiculously fun.
The game looks amazingly fun. I can't wait to hear about a release date.
I've been wanting MapleStory2 ever since last year. I need this game to be out already! Ugh.
The more I watch, the more I want to play, arghhh.
I heard that in 20 minutes of Channel_Onion grinding, he earned closed 20%-- he went from 78% to around 94%.

It's sorta funny how everyone wants the hard leveling again. Yet I can clearly remember pre-bb the majority of vote was to make it easier to level. Majority of people hated the slow grind speed. The game shouldn't revolve around how hard or how easy it is to level up. It should revolve around the amount of good content put into the game. Leveling is just one factor of many things. In my opinion the speed of leveling could be lower than it is right now in MS1 but it shouldn't take you years to reach max level. I see no fun in grinding weeks to months on mobs. in fact most people leeched at skeles with a bish anyway back when grinding was harder.
Fast leveling ruined original maplestory.
Fast leveling = less people sitting in henesys all day

@Quantum That I agree with you. I think the leveling speed right now in MS1 right now is a joke. I also agree that reaching job advancements and max level should also be meaningful. However, I don't want it to be too much of a grind like pre-bb was where it took months upon months to get to a certain point. I like how MS2 is giving multiple ways of achieving levels. Questing, grinding, bossing, pqs, etc. If these things stay as a good ways to obtain xp then it won't be too slow to level up. However, if it ends up like a grind fest MS1 is and was then it will be just tedious to achieve levels in the game. Which will ultimately make it boring. I don't mind grinding sometimes but just to grind all the time for levels. I see no fun in that. Especially now that I don't have time to grind like I use to be able to. Where I was able to grind 8+ hrs a day. I have a full time job now and I would like to be able to work and reach all the content in this game too. So grinding can not be the sole factor to reach levels anymore.
@KingB No fast leveling isn't what made people stop sitting in hene lol. What made people stop sitting in hene all day is due to the high p2w Nexon decided to do. WIth unleashed update killing it by upgraded the bosses so much that it was an absolute must to buy nx for potentials and what not. Taking away all the good training spots and making it unbearable to do anything with out cash. That is why everyone left MS. It wasn't bc of fast leveling. I say this bc even post bb 2010-2012 the population was still decent. It did not slowly drop until around 2013 or so. That's when you actually saw a notice in the population decrease when things started to get even more p2w, and Nexon's stupidly of letting hackers and botters stay in the game with out any punishment.
Though I do agree making it hard to level is not what this playerbase really wants. They are just wanting it for nostalgic reasons. It USED to work, but times have changed and I'm pretty sure a tedious grind all the way to level 200 or whatever the cap is would just be boring. People now want to get to the endgame quickly. Just my opinion.
@KingB but the whole point is the journey, not the destination. If making it so it's tough to level, then fine, let it be. But at least include content throughout leveling, and not simply at the end. And so far, this is exactly what I been seeing.
There's several dungeons users can enjoy starting mid 20s. There's Elite Bosses starting at Level 15.
There's a pretty challenging PQ starting at 20.
All in all, it's OKAY for Nexon to make leveling hard because they have content spread out throughout levels, and not simply bunched up at the level cap.
@Omniscient1 You're pretty much spot on with everything that you said! I would also agree that tougher leveling was, quite frankly, a pain in the ass. I guess most people say that they miss that whole experience because it's long gone. I agree that the leveling needs to be meaningful. I hope levels are outstanding in the sense that they won't be overlooked. I remember when seeing a level 50 wasn't something that happened every day. "Wow look at this guy, he's level xx(x)." That feeling.
Back in the day, I was genuinely excited when I would reach a job advancement (needless to that that it's different now).
I was just chatting with a buddy of mine the other day; we were looking back on MS in its "glory" and ultimately we came to the conclusion that the only reason why we miss half of what MS used to be is because of how badly Nexon ruined the game. The moment that Nexon strayed away from NX being purely cosmetic was when it went downhill.
Playable, but still... downhill.
As long as Nexon doesn't ruin the game with micro-transactions and such, we should have a fun game to play for a long time-- settling some of my mmo-cravings.
No man, it's not about being hard or fast to level is about being an enjoyable challenge, just like @Menohh and @Omniscient1 said "it needs to be meaningful". I actually not quite enjoyed to be leveling at such slow speed and the PQ's with less people everyday... it gets frustrating.
i say, p2w totally a flaw, i trust Nexon already know it and they will not implement such thing on MS2. An enjoyable challenge to level needs to be in the game, with emphasize on "enjoyable". I actually left MS1 because it bored me, i don't remember why, but i think i eventually stopped having friend on MS1. I get the feeling that MS2 will not be boring at all, or at least not in a long time...
Yes, as long as the content is good enough I can care less if it's hard or fast to level up. I just don't want to be bored out of mind either by grinding too long, or reaching max cap with out any end game content in it. If there is good content then I am content with w/e leveling speed they give us. Just make things actually meaningful and fun to do. Not just a grind 20+ hrs a day to reach a level that really has no content in it.
