Im a bit lost on what this is. Can someone explain?
Awh this is pretty sad ;~; It seems as if they're village was raided by some other griffin or something and his dad or big brother (not sure) got killed and he vowed to get stronger..?
I can't read Korean, but I'm guessing by the pictures. It's a sad story
I don't know much Korean, but here is what I got from it:
In a peaceful town lived a gryphon and his family. But then one day... the One-Eyed villain came. Only the parent gryphon fought against it. The one-eyed villain burned down the peaceful village. The little gryphon kid was the only survivor. He vowed revenge for his family and the villagers. The world for a young gryphon is too arduous and scary.
The story continues as CBT comes.
To be honest, I was expecting the gryphon to become evil from his need for revenge (from the looks of those images).
If I were to translate it less-literally, I could see the last bit implying that the cruel world changed the gryphon into a revenge-seeking monster.
@Tristan If I were better at translating, it could probably be improved. Also, there are cultural things (like feminine/masculine usages of the word "parent" ) that I do not understand. That's about as good as I can get it. I don't generally try to translate things, but this comic intrigued me.
Also, I don't understand what the "One-eyed villain" is supposed to mean. It could be another cultural thing that I don't understand.
Aw this is sad... But I can't wait to see how this plays out in CBT!
P.S. "orangemushroom.net" has an English translation of this in its "CBT Preview" article.
Hey look, Lion King.
Orrador, if you ever need someone to PQ with in this upcoming patch, I'm sure some members of Simplicity will be glad to help again!
nice, still holding out for English version! Great to see nonetheless...
